  1. The "Import Addresses" dialog allows the user to read

  3. in a file of type TEXT that contains a map of Ethernet

  5. addresses to names.  This information is used to

  7. add entries to the Ethernet Address Map (see the "Name

  9. MapΓǪ" menu item under the "Options" menu).

  13. The user is presented with two choices as to the format

  15. of the input file:

  19.  * Name ΓǪ Ethernet Address:  this option

  21.  specifies that the input data is a

  23.  name followed by a tab followed by
  24.  
  25.  an Ethernet address.

  31.  specifies that the input data is an Ethernet

  39. Names must be less than 14 characters in length.

  41. Ethernet addresses are expressed in contiguous hexadecimal digits.

  43. Only one Address/Name pair may appear on a line.

  45. Line breaks are indicated by any of the following characters:

  47. carriage return, enter (ASCII $03), or line feed.
